Having successfully completed one module of a textiles degree course with The Open College of the Arts (UCA accredited) a weekend taster course with weaver and artist Margo Selby encouraged me to focus on teaching myself to weave.
This was after a 25-year career in arts publishing and exhibitions, based in London.
Degrees: German State Exam in Romance and German Philology, Philosophy, and
MA in Romance Philology, both at Heidelberg University
